摘要:
利用CASS活性污泥法治理甘蔗制糖末端废水,吨糖排水量和CODcr排放量大幅度下降,氨氮、SS、总氮以及BOD5排放量都有所降低,2018年CODcr处理效率达95%以上。各项出水指标均可以达到GB 21909-2008《制糖工业水污染物排放标准》中水污染物排放限值。利用蔗渣压滤技术处理多余污泥,滤汁CODcr浓度显着降低,压滤泥水分由原来的95%以上降低至50%~70%,可直接供生物有机肥或作绿化用肥,减少二次污染。
Abstract:
The CASS activated sludge method was utilized with treatment of sugarcane terminal wastewater, tons of sugar displacement and emissions of CODcr were declined precipitously, emissions of ammonia nitrogen, suspended solids, total nitrogen, and BOD5 were decreased, CODcr treatment efficiency was more than 95% in 2018. Various indicators of water can comply with water pollutant emission limits of GB 21909-2008 “Discharge standard of water pollutants for sugar industry”. The bagasse pressure filtration technology was used to dispose excess sludge, CODcr concentration of filter juice was significantly reduced, and filter mud moisture was dropped to 50%~70% from original 95% or more. Treated sludge could be used directly for biological organic fertilizer or green fertilizer, which reduced secondary pollution.
